Food is OK. People working are nice enough. We read a review saying this was a MUST to stop at. So we held out for dinner and came to Fusion. We ordered hamburgers. One was cooked to order the other was burnt when reqested as medium rare. The jalepeños we added to the burger were forgotton. Fries were seasoned well but soggy. The most frustrating part wasn't that it took 30 minutes to cook 2 hamburgers with an empty dining room, or that we weren't checked on during the course of our meal to request the forgotton jalapeños... it was the dissapointment of our hungry stomachs and high hopes getting a so so meal for a few bucks more than it should have been priced. I don't think this place is all bad. Maybe we hit it on an off night. I just wouldnt go out of my way to eat here again.

This place is nestled in Myrtle Creek, but easy access from I-5. Incredible food, generous portions, and worth every penny. Staff chat with the locals, but we're equally friendly with me. I promise you won't be disappointed. My new "must stop" off I-5!

Excellent food and service. We had shrimp and Cajun tacos and both were super delicious. Ingredients were very fresh and very tasty sauces. Would definitely eat here again.

Great place! Had wonderful comfort food. If you love spicy burgers, this is the place for you. You can dial up the heat to your liking. This place is a real gem for Douglas County. Didn't get a chance to try the BBQ, but will definitely be back for more.

Extremely good burgers. You can smell them smoking a mile away. Their idea of fusion has created some good combinations and some failures ( those move quickly off the menu). If you have an idea for something else, like I did, they were happy to oblige me wanting pulled pork on my burger. I expected a small portion of pulled pork, I was wrong. It came out with three inches piled on top of the burger. To top it off, their home made pasta salad is the best! The down part is that the service is not so great.

Incredible flavor and portion size. The Berkley is perhaps the best sandwich ever to have been devoured by me. YUM!

Kinda hidden but actually really good needs more advertising I went when they first opened and they weren't completely done with it but decent but now it's good I kinda think it needs more modern look but good for where it is.

BLT and Cajun tacos were amazing! First time there as out of towners. Good service and very clean. We would go there again in a heart beat!

Stopped in for lunch with my son. Family run business in a small town off Hwy 5. Our waitress sat us immediately but then again, it was a week day and only one other family was there. My son ordered the "Fire" burger and from the look on his face, it was definitely hot! I had the normal cheese burger and will say it was pretty good. I've heard the BBQ is even better. Guess I'll be returning with the wife to see for my self. I would recommend this restaurant to out of towners. Get off the highway and go into these small towns and support these family businesses. You just might be surprised at how good they are.

This is my new favorite place to eat. I have been here 4 times now and every time I have had excellent service and the best burgers ever. I just took my son there for his 17th birthday and got us 2 true grit burgers (not on menu) and his comment to me was 1- I cant get my mouth around this and 2- he had never tasted anything so good before. All the different flavors combined together.....Wow!!!!!!

We decided to try Fusion after a couple of recommendations. While the food was very good, service was slow and poor. There was only one other couple seated and getting served shortly after we sat down. It took our order almost 30 minutes to get to us. I would hate to think what the wait would be if they were busy. They had a young girl, maybe the owners daughter, helping wait tables. She never spoke or smiled and actually came to our table with a sucker in her mouth. I was shocked that any manager, or mother would allow such unacceptable behavior in a place of business. I wish them well but they need to step up customer service. I was amazed to learn they have been open 10 months. Clients have many choices where to eat. Businesses need to exceed expectations, not meet them, or fail like today.
